Terms and conditions for the promotion

• This promotion is available to any valid IKEA Family members in Singapore.
• IKEA Family members must meet the minimum spend on PAX/KOMPLEMENT combinations (with associated doors and drawer fronts), in a single receipt, and get rewarded.
• This promotion is only valid for purchases made between 1 to 30 September 2023 (both dates inclusive).
• This promotion does not include purchases of picking, installation/assembly, or the delivery of the PAX wardrobe.
• This promotion is not valid with other promotions (including New Movers Promotion/Package).
• This promotion does not apply for out-of-stock products.
• Any requests to split receipts or accumulation of receipts will not be accepted.
• Ikano Pte Ltd reserves the right to halt or change the terms of this promotion without prior notice, or on reasonable grounds, to reject any receipts suspected of being tampered with.

For purchases made in the stores (IKEA Alexandra, Tampines, Jurong)

• A valid IKEA Family membership must be presented upon payment. The same membership must be presented when collecting the vouchers.
• When collecting the vouchers, the original receipt must be presented. Photographs or photocopies of the receipt, credit card slips, or Nets slips will not be accepted.
• Collection of the vouchers must be made before 31 October 2023.

For purchases made on the IKEA website or mobile app

• A valid 16-digit IKEA Family membership number must be provided before checking out.
• Qualifying members will be awarded with IKEA Family points, equivalent to that of the voucher value.
• E.g., a member who purchases a PAX wardrobe for $920 online, will receive 920 points, plus an additional 7500 points as part of this promotion.
• All additional promotion points will be credited to qualifying members by 31 October 2023.
• The conversion, validity and usage of these additional points remain the same as the IKEA Family terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions for the IKEA voucher

• This voucher is only valid for the purchase of home furnishings products at IKEA Alexandra, Tampines, and Jurong.
• This voucher is not applicable for online purchases, and also excludes the use on purchase of IKEA Food items, IKEA Gift Card, and services such as sewing, picking, installation/assembly, and home delivery.
• This voucher is valid until 31 December 2023. Requests for the extension of voucher validity will not be allowed.
• Only original vouchers in good condition will be accepted. Photographed or photocopied vouchers will not be accepted. Lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed vouchers will not be replaced. Requests for the extension of voucher validity will not be allowed.
• This voucher is non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash, IKEA FAMILY points, or IKEA Gift Card in part or full.
• This voucher can be used in a single transaction only. No refund will be given if the amount payable when using this voucher is less than $25.
• Ikano Pte Ltd reserves the right, on reasonable grounds, to reject the use of this voucher at any time. Reasonable ground includes any tampering, abuse or attempted abuse of the voucher.
