Organiser, Duration & Eligibility

  1. The 'BEDROOM LUCKY DRAW' Contest (“Contest”) is organized by Ikano Pte Ltd (“IKEA” or “Organiser”). The contest period is from 0000 hours on 5 September 2024 to 2359 hours on 15 September 2024 (both dates inclusive) ("Contest Period").
  2. The Contest is open to all IKEA customers ("Participant / Participants"), except for the employees (of the organiser), advertising agents, public relations agents and promotional agencies, including their immediate family members.
  3. To qualify for this contest, participants must spend a minimum of $150 (inclusive of GST) on home furnishing products in a single receipt from an IKEA Singapore physical or online store during the Contest Period. The original receipt (i.e. "Proof of Purchase") showing the date of purchase must be kept by the Participant for verification purposes and as Proof of Purchase.
  4. With a minimum of S$150 spent in a single receipt, the customer will be eligible for ONE (1) contest entry per unique receipt.
  5. SUBMISSION PROCESS: Participants who wish to enter this Contest are required to comply with the submission process below.
    1. Participants are required to submit a clear JPG or PDF of the original receipt via an online form on https://family.ikea.com.sg/restfest-lucky-draw.
    2. The receipt must meet the prescribed criteria for the proof of purchase (i.e., purchase from IKEA Singapore physical store, minimum purchase amount, purchase during Contest Period). Participants must retain ALL original receipts as proof of purchase and verification if they are selected as the winner.
    3. Participants must provide all details requested and are required to complete all the fields of the online entry form.
  6. Contest entries received by the Organiser which are incomplete, late, do not meet the criteria for the proof of purchase, or damaged or is otherwise incomprehensible to the Organiser will not be accepted.
  7. This Contest is valid for purchases of home furnishing products in IKEA Singapore physical and online stores. It EXCLUDES purchases made on IKEA Gift Cards, Swedish Restaurant Food items, Swedish Food Market items, Bistro items and services including but not limited to IKEA kitchen installation, sewing, planning, delivery, assembly services as well as Picking and Delivery services procured and paid at iCounter.
  8. Participants can submit more than one (1) entry but all entries must include the original Proof of Purchase. Other proof of purchase such as credit card slip and photocopy of receipt will not be accepted. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT THE SAME RECEIPT MORE THAN ONCE.
  9. Splitting of receipts to get more contest entries is NOT ALLOWED.
  10. The Organiser reserves the right to change the terms or duration of the Contest at any time. All contest entries must be submitted via an online form on https://family.ikea.com.sg/restfest-lucky-draw on or before 15 September 2024, 2359 hours.
  11. Each participant (with a valid contest entry) has a chance to win ONE (1) prize only throughout the Contest Period. A participant who has already won ONE (1) prize, will not be eligible to receive additional prizes. The prize assigned to the first winning entry held by the participant will be the only prize that the participant is eligible to receive. All prizes are awarded "as is" and cannot be exchanged for credits, cash, other items or vouchers, in whole or in part.
  12. The list of winners will be published on the Organizer’s website IKEA.sg/RestFest by 30th September 2024. Such notification shall be deemed adequate and sufficient by the Organizer for the purposes of administration of the Contest. Any request to extend the prize redemption period for any reason whatsoever (including being unaware of the notification posted on the Organizer’s website or claims that no notification was received by winners) will not be entertained by the Organizer.

Responsibilities & Rights of the Organiser

  1. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by the Contest Terms and Conditions. The decision of the Organiser is final. Any letters, enquiries or appeal will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no action will be taken against the Organiser.
  2. By participating in this Contest, Participants give permission to the Organiser and/or any third-party agents elected by Organiser ("Agencies") to process the Participants' personal data, which is provided through the contest form entries for contest purposes.
  3. Each participant agrees to the collection, use, processing and disclosure of personal information, and represents and warrants that all information provided is true and accurate in all respects.
  4. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice.
  5. Prize(s) will be made available “as is” at the collection point. Prizes which are lost or damaged after collection by the participants or its authorised representative are not replaceable. The Organiser is not responsible to replace lost prizes or to repair damaged prizes.
  6. The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Contest submission process, or the operation of the Contest and the Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent conduct or other conduct harmful to the Contest.
  7. The Organiser will not assume responsibility or liability for the Gift Card / product after it has been collected by the winner(s) and expressly excludes and rejects any statement, warranty or endorsement, implied or written, written or oral, regarding the Gift Card / product offered under the Contest, including but not limited to guarantees of quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or use, health and safety.
  8. Participants will assume full liability in case of any injury, loss, claim, or accident [including loss of life] resulting from participation in the Contest and/or use of their prizes.
  9. If this Contest is interrupted in any way or cannot be conducted as reasonably expected for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser, then the Organiser is entitled, at its absolute discretion, to change the terms and conditions of this Contest, postpone, terminate or cancel the Contest, if required, without prior notice.

Prizes

  1. 1st Prize: An IKEA giftcard of SGD$5,000 in value for usage within IKEA physical stores. The IKEA Gift Card will be valid for 2 years from the date in which it is issued.
  2. 10 x Consolation prizes of a limited- edition RESTEN Bag each.
  3. All prize images shown in any advertisements, publicity promotions and other materials relating to the Contest are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual Prize.

Selection & Announcement of Winners

  1. Selection of Contest Winners: The winners will be drawn at random by an automated (computerised) selection system at IKANO Private Limited at 1100 hrs on 20 September 2024 ("Draw Date").
    Winners will be contacted by a phone call during office hours (Monday - Friday between 9.00am- 5.00pm) and a follow-up email containing the collection details, before 30th September.
  2. The Winners will be also announced on IKEA.sg/RestFest by 30th September 2024.
  3. If the Organiser is unable to contact the winner(s) after 3 phone call attempts, the Organiser reserves the right to select the next eligible participant as the winner of the contest.
  4. Winner must produce the original receipt as proof of purchase and ownership for verification before they are allowed to collect the prize.
  5. Winners are responsible for collecting their own prize. Expenses incurred for collection of prizes. (if any) are the responsibility of the winners. By participating in the contest, winners acknowledge and agree that they shall not claim any damages or losses arising from any delay, loss, or damage to their prizes, and that they shall not hold the Organiser or their affiliates liable for any such incidents.
  6. All prizes must be collected by 30th October 2024. Uncollected prizes will be forfeited. Collection details will be indicated in the confirmation letter.
