The IKEA Family Feastival ("Event") and the IKEA Family Feastival Ticket Contest ("Contest") is organised by Ikano Pte Ltd ("IKEA"). The event is strictly for attendees aged 18 and above.

Please carefully read the provisions below before participating in the contest.

Terms and conditions - Contest

  1. The contest will be open for submission of entries online between 7 - 11 August 2025 (both dates inclusive).
  2. Contest is open to all IKEA FAMILY members residing in Singapore who are aged 18 years old and above (“Participants”). Only one Contest entry per Participant can be submitted.
  3. Criteria for selection of the winning entries will be based on the most creative, heart-warming or compelling reasons for entry to the Event. Any offensive, late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.
  4. Each pair of entry tickets issued admits the winner and one partner who is aged 18 years old and above.
  5. 90 winners will be selected to receive a pair of entry tickets each for the Event. Winners will be notified on 15 August 2025 via email. This email does not represent the winning ticket, and participants will need to confirm their attendance via form submission latest by 17 August 2025, 2359hrs.
  6. If there is no response from the winner(s) by 17 August 2025, 2359hrs, IKEA reserves the right to select and confirm another winner. IKEA does not accept any responsibility if the Participant is not able to respond in time, and has the right to reject entry to Event due on non-response.
  7. After the winner confirms their attendance via form submission in the winner's email, the ticket will be issued by email latest by 22 August 2025.
  8. Entry tickets cannot be sold, redistributed or used for any commercial or marketing event, activity, promotion or purpose, without the prior written consent from IKEA. IKEA reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been sold, redistributed or otherwise used without the prior written consent from IKEA, and to deny any such ticket holder entry.
  9. IKEA's decision is final and binding. No correspondence on any matter concerning the decision to award to the winners will be entertained. IKEA reserves the absolute right to select an alternative winner and award the tickets to another Participant in the event that IKEA has reasonable grounds for believing that a Participant has acted in a way which is inconsistent with these terms and conditions or has acted in a way which IKEA considers to be inappropriate, unlawful, or offensive.

Terms and conditions - Event

  1. This event is strictly for attendees aged 18 and above. Upon entry, verification via IKEA Family card at the door is mandatory. IKEA reserves the right, without refund or compensation, to refuse admission/evict any attendee(s) for not meeting the above requirement or inappropriate or disorderly conduct.
  2. By entering the venue, the attendee consents to be photographed and filmed or otherwise recorded in connection with the event. The attendee also agrees and acknowledges that his or her name, voice and likeness may be broadcasted, distributed or displayed in connection with any programme created from the event without compensation being paid to the ticket holder. Attendees are solely responsible for the safe-keeping of your ticket(s), prizes and belongings. IKEA will not be responsible for any ticket, prizes or belongings that are lost, stolen or destroyed during the event. Attendees are solely responsible for the safe-keeping of your ticket(s) and belongings.
  3. Halal meals will be provided if attendees have indicated this selection for IKEA Tampines within the entry submission stage.
  4. The 4-course meal includes a soup, starter, main dish and dessert. The food menu is set and IKEA is not obligated to provide alternatives.
  5. The advertised programmes and the audience capacity for the event are subject to change at IKEA sole discretion.
  6. IKEA may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event, or deny access to the venue, due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond IKEA's reasonable control including but not limited to epidemics or pandemics.
  7. IKEA will not be liable for any loss arising from the postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the tickets beyond its control or for any act or default of any third-party supplier.
  8. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IKEA and its contractors, nominees, agents and/or employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, loss or damage incurred or suffered by anyone in relation to the event.
  9. By participating or entering the premises you consent to IKEA, IKEA staff, IKEA affiliates, and appointed partners to capture or record their photos and videos during the event and grant the rights of possession of the above-described and have full permission to use for marketing purposes.
