Organiser, Duration & Eligibility

1. The 'Treasure Trolley Dash' Contest ("Contest") is organized by Ikano Pte Ltd ("IKEA" or "Organiser"). The contest period is from 0000 hours on 15 January 2026 to 2359 hours on 15 February 2026 (both dates inclusive) ("Contest Period").
2. The Contest is open to all IKEA Family members ("Participant / Participants"), except for the employees (of the organiser), advertising agents, public relations agents and promotional agencies, including their immediate family members.
3. To qualify for this contest, participants must spend a minimum of S$168 (inclusive of GST) on home furnishing products in a single receipt from an IKEA Singapore physical or online store during the Contest Period. The original receipt (i.e. "Proof of Purchase") showing the date of purchase must be kept by the Participant for verification purposes and as Proof of Purchase.
4. With every S$168 spent in a single receipt, the customer will be eligible for ONE (1) contest entry per unique receipt.
5. Three winners will be selected at random by the automated (computerised) selection system at IKANO Private Limited from the lucky draw entries. Winners will be notified by a phone call during office hours (Monday - Friday between 9.00am- 5.00pm) and a follow-up email containing the Activity participation details, before 27 February 2026. If the Organiser is unable to contact the winner(s) after 3 phone call attempts, the Organiser reserves the right to select the next eligible participant as the winner of the contest.
6. The selected three winners must agree to participate in the Activity in IKEA Tampines within 9:00am to 11:00 am during weekdays between 2 March 2026 to 13 March 2026. The exact date and timeslot for the Activity will be notified to the winners before 27 February 2026.
7. SUBMISSION PROCESS: Participants who wish to enter this Contest are required to comply with the submission process below.
1. Participants are required to submit a clear JPG, PNG or PDF of the original receipt via an online form on https://family.ikea.com.sg/trolley-dash.
2. The receipt must meet the prescribed criteria for the proof of purchase (i.e., purchase from IKEA Singapore physical store, minimum purchase amount, purchase during Contest Period). Participants must retain ALL original receipts as proof of purchase and verification if they are selected as the winner.
3. Participants must provide all details requested and are required to complete all the fields of the online entry form.
8. Contest entries received by the Organiser which are incomplete, late, do not meet the criteria for the proof of purchase, or damaged or is otherwise incomprehensible to the Organiser will not be accepted.
9. This Contest is valid for purchases of home furnishing products in IKEA Singapore physical and online stores. It EXCLUDES purchases made on IKEA Gift Cards, Swedish Restaurant Food items, Swedish Food Market items, Bistro items and services including but not limited to IKEA kitchen installation, sewing, planning, delivery, assembly services as well as Picking and Delivery services procured and paid at iCounter.
10. Participants can submit more than one (1) entry but all entries must include the original Proof of Purchase. Other proof of purchase such as credit card slip and photocopy of receipt will not be accepted. PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT THE SAME RECEIPT MORE THAN ONCE.
11. Splitting of receipts to get more contest entries is NOT ALLOWED.
12. The Organiser reserves the right to change the terms or duration of the Contest at any time. All contest entries must be submitted via an online form on https://family.ikea.com.sg/trolley-dash on or before 15 February 2026, 2359 hours.
13. The Winners may not appoint a proxy to participate in the Activity. No cash or product alternative to the Activity will be offered. If any Winner is unable to attend the Activity as indicated above, his/her entry will be forfeited and Ikano Pte Ltd (“IKEA Singapore”) will perform a draw again to find a replacement. IKEA Singapore reserves the right to substitute any Winner with another.
14. The Winner may nominate another person over the age of 18 years (“Partner”) to assist them in the Activity. Filming or photography of the Winner and his/her Partner will take place during the Activity.
15. Prior to the start of the Activity, the Winner and their Partner must sign an indemnity and release form, and agree to comply with the Race’s Rules, Terms & Conditions, as well as the decisions made by the Organiser.
16. By participating in the Activity, the Winner and the Partner agrees to sign a talent release form and acknowledge that IKEA Singapore shall have the:
1. sole and exclusive right, title and interest to the videos and photographs (including the right to use, print, produce, publish, copy, display, perform, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, disseminate, market, advertise, sell, lease, license, transfer, modify and create derivative works in any media or format) and waive any claims to royalty, right, title, interest or remuneration for such use; and
2. permission to use their names, videos, photographs, voice and likenesses, without time limit, in all types of media channels of printed or electronic media (including but not limited to Facebook) for promotional and marketing purposes at their sole discretion.
17. The selected winner and Partner further release, discharge and agree not to hold IKEA, its legal representatives and assigns, all persons acting under its authority from any and all claims, damages and liabilities of any kind, now known or unknown.
18. The three winners will be published on the Organizer’s website https://family.ikea.com.sg/trolley-dash on 27 February 2026. Such notification shall be deemed adequate and sufficient by the Organizer for the purposes of administration of the Contest. Any request to extend the prize redemption period for any reason whatsoever (including being unaware of the notification posted on the Organizer’s website or claims that no notification was received by winners) will not be entertained by the Organizer.

Responsibilities & Rights of the Organiser

19. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by the Contest Terms and Conditions. The decision of the Organiser is final. Any letters, enquiries or appeal will not be entertained. Participants hereby agree that no action will be taken against the Organiser.
20. By participating in this Contest, Participants give permission to the Organiser and/or any third-party agents elected by Organiser ("Agencies") to process the Participants' personal data, which is provided through the contest form entries for contest purposes.
21. Each participant agrees to the collection, use, processing and disclosure of personal information, and represents and warrants that all information provided is true and accurate in all respects.
22. The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with that of similar value at any time at their absolute discretion without prior notice.
23. Prize(s) will be made available "as is" at the collection point. Prizes which are lost or damaged after collection by the participants or its authorised representative are not replaceable. The Organiser is not responsible to replace lost prizes or to repair damaged prizes.
24. The Organiser reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that is found or suspected of tampering with the Contest submission process, or the operation of the Contest and the Organiser reserves the right to pursue legal action against any individual it believes has undertaken fraudulent conduct or other conduct harmful to the Contest.
25. The Organiser will not assume responsibility or liability for the prizes after they have been collected by the winner(s) and expressly excludes and rejects any statement, warranty or endorsement, implied or written, written or oral, regarding the prizes offered under the Contest, including but not limited to guarantees of quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or use, health and safety.
26. Participants will assume full liability in case of any injury, loss, claim, or accident [including loss of life] resulting from participation in the Contest and/or use of their prizes.
27. If this Contest is interrupted in any way or cannot be conducted as reasonably expected for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Organiser, then the Organiser is entitled, at its absolute discretion, to change the terms and conditions of this Contest, postpone, terminate or cancel the Contest, if required, without prior notice.

Prizes

28. Participants will be entitled to an eight (8) minute Treasure Trolley Dash within the store, namely the Markethall and Self-Serve areas only. All items successfully placed inside the trolley during this time will be provided free of charge.
29. Delivery and assembly services are not included with the Prizes. All associated costs for delivery and assembly shall be borne solely by the participants.
30. All prize images shown in any advertisements, publicity promotions and other materials relating to the Contest are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual Prize.
